Return and Exchange Policy

📦 Return Eligibility:

  • Return or exchange requests will only be accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Lamps are eligible for exchange only, and returns are accepted solely in the case of a defect on our part. We advise checking the product carefully upon delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please use the “Return or Exchange” option at the footer of our website or contact our Customer Care Team.


🔁 How to Return or Exchange:

Step 1: Submit your return request within 5 days of delivery.
Step 2: Our team will schedule a pickup within 1-3 business days without any additional cost.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


📋 Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resealable condition.

  • All original tags must be intact.

  • Lamps are not eligible for return.


💸 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (details will be requested).

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product is inspected and approved.


🔄 Exchange Policy:

  • If you choose to exchange a product, the replacement will be shipped after the returned product is inspected.

  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

  • If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Lamps are non-returnable, however you can get them exchanged.

  • Customized products and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.


🌍 International Orders:

  • Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the product.

  • Lamps are eligible for return if there is a defect from our end.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.


📮 Self-Ship Option (If Pickup is Unavailable):

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you can self-ship the product using any reliable courier service.

  • Please ensure the package is securely packed, and include your order number and return details inside.

  • Once received, we will process the refund as per our policy.
