📦 Return Eligibility:

Return or exchange requests will only be accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Lamps are eligible for exchange only, and returns are accepted solely in the case of a defect on our part. We advise checking the product carefully upon delivery.

To initiate a return, please use the “Return or Exchange” option at the footer of our website or contact our Customer Care Team.
🔁 How to Return or Exchange:
Step 1: Submit your return request within 5 days of delivery.
Step 2: Our team will schedule a pickup within 1-3 business days without any additional cost.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
📋 Conditions for Returns:

The product must be in its original packaging.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resealable condition.

All original tags must be intact.

Lamps are not eligible for return.
💸 Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (details will be requested).

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product is inspected and approved.
🔄 Exchange Policy:

If you choose to exchange a product, the replacement will be shipped after the returned product is inspected.

If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Items purchased during sale or promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.

Lamps are non-returnable, however you can get them exchanged.

Customized products and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
🌍 International Orders:

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the product.

Lamps are eligible for return if there is a defect from our end.

We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
📮 Self-Ship Option (If Pickup is Unavailable):

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you can self-ship the product using any reliable courier service.

Please ensure the package is securely packed, and include your order number and return details inside.

Once received, we will process the refund as per our policy.
