🚚 Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your order in real time.

📍 Shipping Within India

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders across India. However, COD is not applicable on Lamps above ₹3,000.

  • For high-value orders, especially Lamps, you can also opt for our convenient EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) option available at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 4-5 business days from dispatch.

  • Courier Partners: We work with trusted delivery partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees, ensuring secure and timely deliveries.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for domestic orders with no extra charges.

  • All COD orders will be verified via phone or email prior to dispatch.

💳 Prepaid Orders

  • We accept all major payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets.

  • Prepaid orders are processed faster since they do not require verification.

🌐 International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

📦 Delivery Attempts and Unserviceable Areas

  • Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.

  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

  • We will then contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refund.

  • In rare cases, if your location is unserviceable, we will notify you and process a refund.

🌏 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can use this to monitor your package in real-time and stay updated on the expected delivery date.
